INTERESTED IN GIVING BACK? SPENDING TIME WITH OTHER STUDENTS/TEACHERS? NEED COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS? YOU'RE AT THE RIGHT PLACE!
The Hamilton High School Volunteer Club was created a couple of years ago to give students the opportunity to give back to their own community. This club is now in it's third year at our school and exists merely to get students involved in the community, help them understand how to get involved on their own, and to help them meet other students and teachers at our school in a very different setting. Last year we did yard work for Resthaven, picked up and sorted canned goods for the US Postal Service Can Drive, sorted and cleaned at the Rescue Mission Thrift Store, served meals at the Holland Rescue Mission, worked in the General Store at the Community Action House, and even rang bells for the Salvation Army. We are really excited about all of the new opportunities we have this year to get involved as well. Interested in volunteering on one of these Saturdays?
